We collect personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number when you voluntarily provide it to us during the lead generation process and patient registration process. We collect this information for the purpose of sending appointment reminders, service feedback requests, promotional offers, discounts, and other marketing content related to our products and services.

We use the information we collect to:
- Send appointment reminders and service feedback requests via SMS and email.
- Provide information about our products and services via SMS and email, including promotional offers and discounts.
- Confirm successful submission of forms through automatic SMS confirmations.
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce our legal rights.
- Improve our services and customer experience.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
The two exceptions, of course, are as follows:
- Using your data solely in connection with processing your credit card payments, and
- A court order or validly issued subpoena.

ARTISAN AESTHETICS CLINIC POLICY
We are aware that client schedules can change to meet the needs of work, family and personal circumstances and that sometimes, these changes occur with little notice.
When you schedule an appointment, multiple resources are reserved for your treatment or consultation to ensure that you enjoy an exceptional experience during your preferred time. These reserved resources include one or more highly trained Artisan Aesthetics service providers, a room, and multiple technologies housed within that room, all of which are made unavailable for other clients to enjoy once reserved.
Please consider the costs of the multiple resources reserved for our valued patients’ appointments and the resulting need to strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our policy as detailed below.
Canceled and Rescheduled Appointments
Proper notice during regular business hours must be provided via Text, Email, or Phonecall. A cancellation notification sent via text or email will not be considered as received unless a confirmation of cancellation is received from an Artisan Aesthetics team member.
Appointments booked: Proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling is a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $100.00 plus HST will apply to those appointments canceled without proper notice. The fee will be applied towards their next service, or kept as credit on their account.
IMPORTANT: All cancellation fees need to be paid prior to rebooking.
Arriving Late for an Appointment:

appointment time being reduced or you may be required to rebook for another day.
No Shows: No shows or canceled appointments without notifying Artisan Aesthetics will be an automatic charge of $100, which MUST be prepaid prior to rebooking.
Artisan Aesthetics will waive cancellation charges in the event of inclement weather, which will be assessed by official school bus cancellations, either in the Durham region or in the client’s area of residence for out-of-town patients.
Clients Missing More Than 1 Appointment
Clients missing 2 consecutive appointments will be required to provide full pre-payment of their next appointment, which will be non-refundable in order to secure the next appointment.
Gift Certificate & Gift Card Policy
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Artisan Aesthetics.
At Artisan Aesthetics, we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with the original sales receipt and may be exchanged for product or spa credit.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you as our trusted client. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website, social media, and Artisan menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give clients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
We do not accept gratuities for medical treatments, however, we do accept services done by nonmedical providers. They are at your discretion and are not expected but are always appreciated by our service providers.
Personal belonging are the full responsibility of the clinic guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Artisan Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them.
