Shipping
Shipping is only available within Ontario. Shipping rates are $15 within Ontario.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All returned merchandise must be:
In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.
Have all its original packaging attached.
Package is postmarked for return within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return please email info@artisanaesthetics.ca and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Ajax/Whitby, contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
